Dear friends, the issue of safeguarding and developing a national industry and science quickly emerged from all the analyzes and conclusions of the covid-19 pandemic, which revealed the weakness of too many Nations in their capacity in medical research, as well as in their industrial capacity to produce masks, oxygen respirators, and vaccines.

At the same time, the Revolution of New Technologies which gets through and upsets all sectors of the economy, with Internet, the Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Social Networks, Cryptocurrency and, upstream, electronic chips, transatlantic cables, Data Centers, electrical and electronic waste recycling Plants, also represent unavoidable and even essential issues for the national sovereignty.
